Brent Hazen, M.D.

Dr. Brent Hazen brings nearly two decades of medical experience and a broad background in internal medicine, family medicine and hospital medicine. Based on Florida’s Emerald Coast, his clinical experience spans preventive care, adult health and the management of complex medical conditions.

Dr. Hazen earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at Fairview Health System. His experience across outpatient and hospital settings brings a well-rounded perspective to the care of our patients.

Robert D. Deida

Robert D. Deida served in the United States Marine Corps from 2010 to 2018. His experience navigating anxiety, persistent pain and service-connected disabilities inspired a personal interest in peptides and a desire to help others feel heard and informed.
